The Sargent 10XG71-LB Cylindrical Electromechanical Lock features a Fail Secure - Power Off Locks Lever Function, where the power off Locks the outside lever. The 10XG71-LB comes with a standard LA Keyway Cylinder, Keyed Randomly, 2 change keys per lock, an L Rose, B Lever, 2-3/4" backset, 4-7/8" strike, and comes in 12VDC or 24VDC voltage options. Sargent 10XG71-LB Locks are field-selectable, fail-safe, and fail-secure.

The SARGENT 10X Line bored lock is engineered to secure and protect high-traffic, high-abuse spaces. It doesn't simply meet ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 performance standards for durability, strength and performance, it exceeds them - by as much as 20 times. That means occupants will experience reliable performance throughout its lifecycle.

- Ensures latch retraction with 100lb preload (2x ANSI/BHMA A156.2) while maintaining operation in warped doors or doors with latch bind
- Prohibits entry after more than 100 vertical impacts (20x ANSI/BHMA A156.2 requirements)
